There’s something a little cheesy about Autumn Law. If you smile when someone says mac and cheese, you must try one of her cheddary concoctions. This 35-year-old mother, wife, and businesswoman is sharp, and she’s darn gouda at what she does. Her mac n’ cheese food truck called Baby Got S’MAC has received rave reviews from the local media and from the public on social media. Two women, a restaurant, and a pandemic. The women are Peg Dalton and Kelli Coppola, the owners of PEGGS restaurant in downtown South Bend. We all know about the COVID-19 pandemic and how it destroyed lives and businesses. Dalton and Coppola managed to get their business through it, despite difficult times and some very unlucky timing.
