Log in and select e-Statement from the navigation, confirm that your "Go Paperless" box is unchecked. Your Banking Center or Customer Service can re-print the missing statement.
An email notification is sent to the email in your Online Banking when a statement is ready to be viewed.
Log in and select e-Statement from the navigation, remove the checkmark from the "Go Paperless" box. You will still have access to e-Statements but you will also receive a mailed stated on the next statement cycle.
